membership and arrange payment of your membership dues.
Return your application and any necessary payment forms to FOP
Lodge 15. Your application will then be voted on at the next
general membership meeting, and you will receive notification of
your membership status by mail shortly thereafter. You are
welcome, but not required, to attend the meeting at which your
application will be voted on.
