A: Your beneficiary is the person that you designated when
you first applied for membership. If you have been a member
for some time, your status may have changed. To inquire
about your beneficiary, please contact Administrative Assistant
Karla Miller at the Lodge. To change your beneficiary, please
print and complete an “Update Information Form” from the
Membership page of this website. Upon completion, you may
return it to the Lodge via US Mail or facsimile.
