Mark Houston has been on the Executive Board of Lodge 15 since 1990, having been Treasurer and Vice
President. At the Missouri State level, he has served as the Trustee and currently holds the positions of
Missouri State Lodge Treasurer (since 2001) and Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. He has also
served the Fraternal Order of Police Grand Lodge as a member of the Election Committee.
Mark has twenty eight years of service to the St. Louis County Police Department, serving in the North and
West County Precincts, the Auto Crime Unit, Fugitive, Prisoner Conveyance, Property Control and
Communications. Mark is a Senior Detective, having almost ten years in the Bureau of Criminal Identification.
Additionally, he proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserve for six years.
