Legal Representation

Greg Kloeppel has represented FOP Lodge 15 and its
members since 1998. He has served as Chief Legal Counsel
for Lodge 15 since 2004. Greg focuses his practice on the
representation of Lodge 15 members in all areas of labor
and employment-related matters including unlawful
discharge actions, wrongful demotions and suspensions.
He appears in federal and state courts and before federal,
state and local agencies.

Greg’s practice also includes counseling police officers on employment law
and administrative law matters. Before becoming an attorney, Greg was a
union electrician and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers, Local #1, a membership he proudly maintains. Greg’s background
helps him to understand our member’s labor and employment-related
situations.

Kevin has worked as a legal representative for Lodge 15
over the last four (4) years handling labor
disputes and employment-related matters before municipal,
state and federal agencies and courts. Kevin
advises and counsels Lodge 15 as legal counsel for the
Executive Board on legal matters involving the
organization.

Kevin also litigates on-duty injuries and personal injury
matters for police officers and their friends and family
members. Kevin has obtained sizeable judgments
including a recent $5 million jury award.
